Is the Founder and Managing Principal of Millbrook Consulting Group. Robert has a track record of high impact project execution in operations-intensive situations across the luxury and fashion sectors of the retail and consumer goods industries. He has extensive international experience with functional expertise in finance, information technology, logistics, operations management, and strategic planning. Robert has significant experience delivering value at all stages of a company life cycle, including start-up, high growth, expansion, maturity and financial distress.

Prior to founding MCG, Robert spent six years with Giorgio Armani, where he was Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations. Prior to Giorgio Armani, Robert launched and developed the operational infrastructure for two international direct-to-consumer eCommerce ventures. He has also spent several years in various operations management roles with Nabisco and Corporate Express Delivery Systems.

Robert is a dynamic leader with a demonstrated ability to develop and motivate high performance, objective driven teams, at all levels.

Robert holds a BS in Marketing and Logistics from University of Maryland and received an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. He and his wife Allison live in Bergen County New Jersey with their three children and their dog. Robert is fluent in Italian.
